Historical Context:

  • The Wallet Layer was previously merged directly into sei-chain x402.
  • This Universal Layer builds on top of that Wallet Layer within the x402 environment.
  • Note: The changes were not dropped into sei-db; instead, merging into sei-chain x402 caused automatic adoption by Coinbase’s x402.
  • This preserves your wallet-layer logic and ensures seamless extension for universal payments.
